Support & Consolidation are Key to Learning

Taking onboard new thinking can be confusing, awkward, and difficult. Repeating a course builds competency.

Holistic Management is New Thinking

When I finished Holistic Management training it felt like I had completed a Masters Degree. The body of work is large, and like most people, I was not sure where to start.

Don Beck, and Chris Cowan, authors of Spiral Dynamics, describe the process of taking onboard new thinking this way:

Sixth and finally, when significant changes occur, periods of confusion, false beginnings, long learning curves and awkward assimilation can be expected, while consolidation of new thinking occurs. If there is no supportive culture during transformation, the new vMEME [worldview] will rarely germinate, let alone flourish.

Repeating a Course Builds Competency

We offer a simple means to support and consolidate your learning. We offer a 50% discount to repeat a course.

Several people have taken us up on this over the years -- particularly with Holistic Financial Planning and Holistic Planned Grazing.

We find that the second time through a person is able to pull together the principles and concepts more easily because they see the big picture, don't get lost in the details, and know the right questions to ask.

Because we know how useful it is to repeat a course, we are making it publicly known that you can take any of our online training a second time with a 50% discount.

Even if you took an in-person 3LM course, please feel free to use the 50% discount for online training.

50% Discount Code = LEARNING

The discount code applies to all 3LM online training courses.
